As part of the 2026 Texas Miata Roundup, we are planning an exciting all-day Track Day event (Miatas Only) at Motorsport Ranch (MSR) in Cresson, TX, just 10 miles from Granbury. This event will be fun for beginners up through expert track enthusiasts on MSR’s 1.7 mile track with 8 curves. There will be instructors available for those wishing to learn performance driving on a road course in a fun and safe manner.
We will have the entire track to ourselves, so if you have ever wanted to experience track driving, learn from qualified instructors and really get to know your Roadster at a great price, this is the event for you.
Your car will need to be in good running condition and subject to inspection and you must be willing to sign an insurance waiver. A helmet is required for all hot track activities, except for parade laps, and are available for a small fee, if you do not have your own. No other special equipment is required.
We are limited to a maximum of 80 cars for this fantastic day, so go to the Registration page and check the box to sign up. The cost is as follows.
– $185.00pp for anyone driving who are also registering for the Roundup
-$ 25.00pp for spectator but not driving (to cover lunch)
– $110.00pp for those only attending the track day ONLY event

As we get closer to the date of the event, we will publish rules and a detailed schedule.
Important Track Day Driver Forms
The Track would like all drivers who plan to run the track (not just take the parade lap for the picture) to complete the Registration form and the Car Safety Inspection form BEFORE the event, so they can get ready.
Important Requirement: All track drivers MUST have a DOT approved motorcycle or driving helmet, at least SA or SM 2005 or higher.
Please Note: Track Day insurance only covers damage to the track, not to your car. The following insurance is optional, but recommended in case of car damages:
