Annual membership fee is $30 per year for singles, $40 for couples.

If you want to purchase a club nametag, add $15 per nametag.

Dues for members joining after June 30th are prorated.

Please make checks payable to: Lone Star Miata Club . We also can take PayPal –LonestarMiata@aol.com . All PayPal payments need to add a flat $2.50 processing fee regardless of single or couple status.

There are three ways to submit membership form:

1. Download, Fill out PDF digitally, Email to Membership@lsmiata.org , and PayPal address listed above, or submit payment in person at next event.
2. Download, Fill out PDF digitally, Print, and Mail to address listed.
3. Download, Fill out PDF digitally, Print, and hand deliver to next club meeting or event so we can meet you and welcome you to the club.
