• 8:00 am – Mandatory Drivers’ meeting
• 8:20-10:00 am – Classroom/Track
• 10:00 am – 10-minute Break
• 12:30-1:10 pm – Lunch provided
• 10:00 am – 12:30 pm – Classroom/Track
• 1:10-2:50 pm – Classroom/Track
• 2:50-3:00 pm – 10-minute Break
• 3:00-5:00 pm – Track Time
• 5:00-7:00 pm – Registration and Swag Bag distribution, Hilton Garden Inn, 635 East Pearl Street, Granbury, TX 76048
• ~Run Signup
• ~Dinner on own

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2026

• 7:00-8:30 am – Breakfast (provided by Lone Star Miata Club in the Hilton Garden Inn hallway by the lake)
•                   Late Registration and Run Signup
• 9:00 am – Run(s) leave
• 9:15 am – Run(s) leave
• 9:30 am – Run(s) leave
• Lunch on run, Dutch Treat
• Afternoon on own
• Dinner usually done by each club on their own
• Hospitality provided by LSMC in the front of the Hilton Garden Inn Lobby
