Welcome to the Lone Star Miata Club!
We are a social car club based in Dallas / Fort Worth with members located throughout the metroplex. We enjoy to drive our cars and host events for Miatas of all types and generations. Our purpose is to promote the enjoyment of Mazda Miatas through social, driving events, and other activities. Events typically occur on weekends and occasionally on weekdays and evenings.
What We Do:
LOCAL RUNS
Local Runs are typically 2-4 hours in length around the DFW Metroplex and are the most common event type. They usually involve a meal and other points of interests as a destination.
ANNUAL EVENTS
Annual Events are yearly occuring traditions which attract lots of participation each year. Among them include our Club Picnic, Dallas Marathon Run, and Holiday Party.
REGIONAL RUNS
Regional Runs are typically 4+ hours in length and extend beyond the DFW metroplex. They involve meals and depending on distance some members prefer to stay overnight.
PARADES
Parades we regularly frequent as a club include the Texas Independence Day Parade in Austin and the Westcliff 4th of July Parade.
ICE CREAM SOCIALS
Monthly Ice Cream Socials are held on the 1st of every month at a rotating location within DFW.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
Monthly Meetings are held at Spring Creek BBQ in Irving on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
