This is an SCCA GTA rally. This is not a timed event. The time given to finish the event will be generous. Any kind of street-legal four-wheel vehicle with at least two people aboard who can read may enter.
You will want to preregister at MotorsportReg.com because then you will be mailed the rally rules a few days before the event.
