Because of the difference between the way “Pages” and “Groups” act on Facebook, we’re going to move everyone over to a Facebook group and then close down the page. We’re doing this because on a Page, only the posts by the club get main page visibility. Facebook buries all other posts in a sidebar and that’s not what we want. We want the group to be all inclusive so that all member posts get equal visibility, and this makes it a lot more interactive.
